What’s Included in a session fee?

All session fees cover the photographer’s time & talent, along with a limited number of session-included digital downloads. Session fees are due at the time of booking.

Images are presented in a private online digital gallery, where clients may download their selections.

A print store is available with your digital gallery for clients and their families to purchase artwork independently.

How do cancelations, rescheduling and refunds work?

Cancellation Policy

• If you are unable to attend your photo shoot for any reason, please contact Stephanie within 48 hours of your appointment date/time to reschedule.

• Rescheduling of any non-mini photo session is limited to (2) date shifts before funds are refunded, minus credit card + Square/Stripe transaction fees.

• Due to the nature of Mini Sessions, client-cancelled sessions are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another party. Alternatively, you may apply your funds to a future booking, up to 3 months.

I, as photographer issue full refunds in full upon these conditions:

• There is an act of God or severe weather (like big hail or tornadoes, paired with the inability to reschedule in a reasonable time (due to either party traveling). Light wind, rain, and snow are still a go for shooting.

• Photographer's severe illness or injury (such as my hand breaking). 

I will always commit to your shoot, and I will make every attempt to come to a schedule agreement if a reschedule is needed. With storms, we adjust the time up or down as needed on the same day. 

What’s a mini session?

Mini sessions dates and locations are announced by season or special occasion. Book for your own portraits, couple portraits, kids, or whatever you need!

Interested parties sign up for back-to-back 20 minute slots in a single pre-determined location. Clients receive a private gallery. Standard Mini Session bookings include 10 client-selected images to download with an option to purchase more. You may instead pre-order all images for a more cost-efficient rate.

The guidelines:

• Pre-payments are required for Mini Sessions.

• The session will start and end on time due to the nature of back-to-back bookings. Please arrive early.

• A gallery of photographer-selected images are presented to the client to download within 2 weeks, typically sooner.

• Standard bookings: Love more than the included images? Additional downloads are only $25 each, or instead, buy the whole gallery for $250.

• A print store is available to independently order your wall art, albums, and cards!

HOW MUCH DO EXTRA IMAGES COST?

All portrait sessions have a number of session-included digital images. If you fall in love with more images than your session yields, each image is only $25 (personal use) or $45 (commercial use). Redeem your session-included digital images by adding them to your cart and checking out with a code provided by your photographer.

Do you want to download the entire gallery? Bypass any single image purchases and instead select “All Photos Download” with a single bulk fee.

What are my options if i need help selecting what to wear?

I am available to assist with looking through your current wardrobe, giving feedback while shopping, or even borrowing a dress for women size XS, S, M, and XXL, girls size 3T through 6T, and boys size 6 - 8. Photographer supplied wardrobes must be returned prior to the delivery of your photo gallery. Please ask for availability after your session is booked.

When should I reserve a newborn baby session?

Sessions are typically booked during the third trimester of pregnancy. However, requests after baby arrives are welcome and you may inquire about availability.
